Director
Paige Carter is the Director and Principal Town Planner at Pac Planning, with over 10 years of experience in the development industry. As a Greater Newcastle and Hunter local, her career has been based in the region, giving her in-depth knowledge of local council requirements and the unique challenges of development in the area.
Her experience spans private consultancy, local government, and state government, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the planning process from all perspectives. She has led high-performing teams in planning and environmental approval administration, and resource assessments within government, further strengthening her ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. A qualified Urban and Regional Planner and member of the Planning Institute of Australia, Paige is passionate about shaping meaningful places in communities.
As a small business owner, she is committed to supporting other small businesses by making the development approval process seamless and stress-free. Paige takes a practical, solutions-driven approach, working closely with her clients to navigate development approvals and deliver outcomes that support their success.
