Preparation of a site-specific Statement of Environmental Effects assessing the project against Council planning controls, State legislation, and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Pre Purchase Due Diligence

CDC Planning Report
A CDC provides an efficient pathway to secure development approval without needing Council consent. This report is submitted alongside your CDC application and demonstrates compliance with the Code SEPP requirements.
Please note that our CDC Planning Reports do not cover BCA Compliance.
Preliminary Assessment & Approval Pathway Analysis
PAC Planning will review your proposals at the concept stage to assess compliance with statutory requirements, LEP and DCP controls. Our assessments provide valuable insights to guide your project toward successful approval.
Certification Approval Management
We work with local certifiers to manage the certification processes, including CC, OC, and CDC's, and post-consent approvals like SC, and SWC's. We ensure all necessary certifications are obtained smoothly and in compliance, keeping your project on track
